1. Operator and Scope
Veractis.io is a brand and online portal operated by Krafthub GmbH ("Operator"). Veractis.io is currently provided as a beta and market-testing platform. Features, content, and availability may change at any time.
These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to business customers (B2B). Consumers, patients, or other end users who interact with the platform ("End Users") are not contractual parties.
2. Subject Matter of the Service
Veractis.io provides a technical software platform for managing and operating digital workflows (including, but not limited to, kit activation, order tracking, and report delivery).
The Operator does not provide medical, laboratory, diagnostic, or healthcare services. The platform does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. No Contract with End Users
Any interaction by End Users with Veractis.io takes place solely on behalf of and under the responsibility of the respective business customer.
End Users have no contractual relationship with the Operator and no direct claims against the Operator, regardless of the nature of the interaction.
The business customer remains solely responsible for:- the legality of its services,- compliance with medical, laboratory, and regulatory requirements (including GDPR, IVDR, or comparable regulations),- correctness and suitability of content, reports, and results delivered to End Users.
4. Beta / Market Test Disclaimer
Veractis.io is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. As a beta and market-test offering:- uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed,- errors or data loss may occur,- features may be modified or discontinued without notice.
No warranty is given that the platform is suitable for a specific purpose.
5. Customer Obligations
The business customer is responsible for:- correct configuration and use of the platform,- all content, data, and processes executed via the platform,- obtaining all required consents from End Users,- ensuring lawful processing of personal data.
6. Liability
The Operator shall be liable without limitation only in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of simple negligence, the Operator shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and liability shall be limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
The Operator shall not be liable for:- indirect or consequential damages,- loss of profits,- data inaccuracies caused by customers or third parties,- regulatory or compliance violations attributable to the customer.
Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. under applicable product liability laws) remains unaffected.
7. Third-Party Services
Veractis.io may integrate or rely on third-party services (e.g. hosting, authentication, analytics). The Operator is not responsible for the availability or correctness of such third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Veractis.io remain with the Operator or its licensors. No rights are transferred except for the limited right to use the platform as agreed.
9. Termination
The Operator may suspend or terminate access to Veractis.io at any time during the beta phase, particularly in cases of misuse or legal risk.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Exclusive place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, is the registered office of Krafthub GmbH.
11. Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
